President Trump signed five executive orders in the Oval Office. Two dealt with permitting and renegotiating terms governing construction of the Keystone XL and Dakota Access oil pipelines, a third encouraging use of American-built piping, and a fourth aiming to streamline the permitting process for domestic manufacturers, and another expediting federal environmental reviews for infrastructure projects.
