President Trump made brief remarks after Vice President Pence ceremonially swore in retired Marine General John Kelly as the new homeland security secretary at the agency’s headquarters. Following the ceremony, President Trump signed two executive orders on immigration including one that calls for the immediate construction of a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.
