Ex-CIA Agent Ray McGovern asks Congressman Schiff for ANY ACTUAL EVIDENCE of Russian Hacking in the 2016 Election at the end of House Intelligence Committee Ranking Member Adam Schiff (D-CA) and former federal officials talked about Russian hacking during the 2016 presidential election campaign and related cybersecurity concerns.
